The spring summer season is here finally and I cant stop crushing on the pretty and soothing pastels colors!! Apart from pastels, I see bohemian fashion everywhere. I could not help myself from picking up this pretty head gear from Forever New.
I remember the hair accessories were trending massively back in early 90’s in India! My heart nearly skipped a beat and I felt nostalgic when I spotted this pretty little thing.
Anyways, moving on, I always love to play around a bit and since I had worn the pretty pink neck-piece, I did play around with a pink scarf; Here is how you can don a scarf this summer-
Scarf worn as a jacket wrap.
- Fold the scarf in the shape of a triangle and wrap it around your shoulder. Then take the ends and tie a knot behind, it will work as a shrug/ cover up and make a good difference to your outfit!
Scarf worn as a belt
- Take a silk scarf, hold on to the longest ends and rotate it into a long drum sort of shape. Tie it around your waist and neatly tuck the ends of the scarf.
Scarf as a headband
- This one is my favourite! Wear the scarf as your headband.
- Scarf as a wrap top- This one looks rather funny and untidy on my current dress (I was running out of patience) but it would look really good with a tight body-con dress. Tie the scarf around your neck and waist for beach-walk ready dress look.
