Hey,

Inglot is an amazing brand that offers various products rich in pigmentation and colorful! It is also very budget friendly and perfect for you in case you hope to get an excellent product without causing your wallet and credit card much agony.

I had updated few tips for my shopaholic sweet-hearts here and shared a recent mishap. Nonetheless, my shopping spirit still survived the brutal attack!

Now, back to my eye shadow shopping spree, I have been going crazy over beauty and makeup products and have so much to share. I prefer keeping it simple during the regular work days and opt for a lot of ‘no- makeup’ days. Makeup, irrespective of the brand may leave a long term affect on your skin if not maintained properly.

The palette I chose is a custom Freedom Eye shadow palette of 5 colors along with 5 more refills. I have swatched only the colors I have included in this palette for this post and will be updating the newer colors soon as I seek to upgrade my palette of 5 to a palette of 20!

(L- R) shade: 428, 64, 430, 500, 35

The colors are gorgeous, highly pigmented and offers a easy application. I had tried the eyeshadows earlier as well, once, without any base/ moisturizer/ primer which did lead a few streaks of my eye shadow astray. I had to wipe and ensure that I followed a ‘no eye touching’ rule during that night after promising myself a proper use of eye makeup methodology.

The eye-shades include:

1) Freedom System Eye Shadow Pearl Square 428: Pearly Black shade with shimmer.
2) Freedom system AMC eye shadow square 64: Midnight Blue with shimmer.
3) Freedom System eye shadow pearl square 430: Pearly Golden Yellow shade (More towards the Gold color).
4) Freedom System Eye Shadow DS square 500: Very Beautiful metallic silver shade (Must Have).
5) Freedom System Eye Shadow AMC Eye shadow shine square 35: White Silver shade (More towards white) with shimmer.

I know, I know, I have used my palette again before taking the pictures but as I always say, I can not resist new stuff! I have some swatches to show you as well:

(L-R) shade: 35, 500, 430, 64, 428

See the white silver is pretty but the metallic silver is ‘out-of-this-world’. Its a beautiful, soft, slick and has a well polished application. It holds true as a metallic finish which has been hyped for 2013 and 2014. The golden color is impressive gold with a tinge of yellow shade. The blue color is a midnight blue shade and lastly the smokey black that has shimmery finish to it.

I attempted the eye shadow application after applying a moisturizer. Since I don’t own a base or a primer yet (Big Big Mistake) as I am waiting for the perfect one (suggestions appreciated), I used my Mac concealer as the base coat. Guess what! It actually worked! the eye-shadow fall off reduced considerably. The pictures are not impeccably pretty but I think I did alright.

Inner eye: Shade 35, 500 finished up with 64 and 428 towards the end. I have used Revlon liquid eyeliner on the upper lip and roll on eyeliner on the lower lid.

On my Lips: Mac Please me

May be not one of the immaculate finish and blending was definitely the issue but with the right brushes and tools I am sure you can get it right!

Keep it trendy, Keep Shinning!

Xoxo!
